What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code points to a short URL that you control. The QR image stays the same forever, but you can change where it redirects to anytime — and we log every scan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account dashboard. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
What happens to my QRs if I cancel?
Your dynamic QRs continue to redirect for 30 days after cancellation. After that they pause until you re-subscribe. Static QRs are yours to keep forever.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual plans are coming soon and will include a 2-month discount.
Can I use my own domain for redirects?
Yes — Business tier supports custom domains. Set up a CNAME pointing to lunarqr.com and your QRs will redirect through your own short URL (e.g., yourbrand.co/q/abc123).
What if I need more than the Business plan offers?
